Return Policy

A product purchased through www.amrutanjan.com is eligible for return as per Return Policy.

Amrutanjan is offering you the following options

• Refund

• Replacement

• Exchange

Please notify us about damaged/defective product(s) within 3 days of delivery via ecommerce portal. You will be receiving Return Authorization code and request for the return pickup .

An email will be sent with the details of return requested with the pick up date.

This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused

The Product(s) should be unused & in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and after carrying out the relevant checking from our side

Replacement or Exchange:

Free replacement will be provided within 10 days of the return pickup, if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item.

Replacements will depend on the availability of the item and in case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount or it can be exchanged with other available products.

Refund:

On receipt of the item we will initiate the refund process and amount will be transferred to the bank through which the payment was made with in 48 to 72 hours.

Items purchased through COD will refunded with cash or through IMPS transfer
