CANCELLATION , RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Being the most trusted brand for over a century, Amrutanjan’s endeavor is to provide quality products to its customers. With the aim to provide utmost satisfaction to the customers using our website www.worldofamrutanjan.com for purchasing the products, we give below our Policy on Returns & Cancellations. This Policy covers the terms and conditions subject to which such returns & cancellations of orders can be exercised by the users/customers.

Cancellation Policy

  1. The customer can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier. However, subscription orders cannot be cancelled.
  2. In case of an online payment, AHCL will initiate the refund process and the amount will be transferred to the bank through which the payment was made within 7 working days.
  3. In case of COD, there is no refund process as no monetary transaction has occurred.

Returns & Refund Policy

  1. For online payments-

Please note that subscription orders are not eligible for return & refund.

For other online orders, the customer can place a request to return the order within 2 days of receipt of the consignment subject to the authenticity of the reasons/claims bucketed under

      1. Product is defective/damaged
      2. Product is near-expiry or has expired
      3. Wrong products have been shipped

This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.

In the case of Wrong products having been shipped, the Product(s) should be unused & in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

Once Amrutanjan Healthcare Limited receives the item(s), the same will be inspected, and the refund process will be initiated for legitimate cases within 15 working days.

The customer will be notified once the refund is processed and it will be credited to the same account which was used to make the original purchase.

  1. For COD payments-

Items purchased through COD are not eligible for return & refund.
